(Sasser <br />wants specialized personnel on this project due to the sensitive nature of the items <br />and the importance of completing this project quickly, professionally and <br />proficiently). <br />➢ Sasser Companies will have a Certified Indoor Environmentalist on site for the <br />duration of this project that is able to take particle readings and psychrometric <br />reading and report back to the Environmental Solutions Group if required or <br />needed. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FOR PHASE 2 PART B: <br /> <br />Sasser Companies is prepared to do all the work listed within the “Proposal for Phase 2 <br />Part B” section of this document for a price of $222,750.00. (Sasser <br />Companies is ultimately proposing “Phase 2 part A and part B” will be completed for <br />the original proposed $292,750.00. Any excess funds from within “part A” short of the <br />quoted $70,000.00 will be allowed to roll over into the not to exceed price of <br />$222,750.00) ultimately allowing the $222,750.00 to go up as long as the final invoice <br />is to remain under the proposed $292,750.00. Sasser Companies is completing this <br />project on a time and material estimating system where all expenditures are recorded and <br />will be provided to Orange County upon completion of this project along with photo <br />documentation. <br /> <br />Special Note: <br /> The above listed prices is for the items within the “Proposal for Phase 2 part A <br />and Part B” section of this document only.
