This price will include Sasser Companies <br />staff placing items onto a truck or pre-staged area onsite. <br />➢ Uniforms, boots, shoes are to be removed from the warehouse and transported <br />back to Sasser Companies for content remediation and temporary storage for up to <br />a month in duration. <br />➢ There will be ten (10) large air scrubbers, three (3) smaller air scrubbers, four (4) <br />air movers, (2) power distribution boxes, one (1) 20K generator, one (1) 50’ 50 <br />amp cable and one (1) 100’ 50 amp cable left for five (5) days. ($2,097.00 per <br />day as quoted in email on 16 September 2020 @ 803pm) <br />➢ Diesel fuel is being charged at cost plus but is figured in this not to exceed priced <br />proposal for “part A”. <br />➢ Maintenance of the critical barriers and the decontamination chambers. <br />➢ Monitoring of the equipment, psychrometric readings and particle counts. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FOR PHASE 2 PART A <br /> <br />➢ Sasser Companies is prepared to do all the work listed within the “Proposal for <br />Phase 2 Part A” section of this document for a price not to exceed <br />$70,000.00. Sasser Companies is completing this project on a time and <br />material estimating system where all expenditures are recorded and will be <br />provided to Orange County upon completion of this project along with photo <br />documentation. This is an absolute worst-case scenario. <br /> <br />Part B: (Structure Cleaning) <br /> <br />➢ The physical HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping/wet washing all walls/floors <br />and ceilings within the warehouse. <br />➢ Patching all compromised within the insulation wrap on the walls and ceilings <br />within the warehouse. <br />➢ There will be ten (10) large air scrubbers, three (3) smaller air scrubbers, four (4) <br />air movers, (2) power distribution boxes, one (1) 20K generator, one (1) 50’ 50 <br />amp cable and one (1) 100’ 50 amp cable on site for up to four (4) weeks. <br />➢ Up to ten (10) dehumidifiers may need to be added for up to four (4) weeks to <br />assist in the controlling of the atmospheric conditions within the warehouse and to <br />lower the relative humidity that will be required by the Environmental Solutions <br />Group for the Post Remediation Verification.
