NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />AMENDMENT TWO TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment Two to Lease Agreement (“Amendment Two”), is entered into as of the <br />_1_____ day of ___June__2021, by Eno River Mill, LLC a North Carolina limited liability company <br />(“Landlord”), and County of Orange, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, <br />(“Tenant”), provides as follows: <br />Recitals: <br />A. Tenant and Landlord entered into that certain Lease dated February 7, 2020 and <br />Amended on August 29, 2020 (“Existing Lease) for certain premises (“Premises”) <br />located in Suite 27 and Suite 29 at the building known as the Spinning Room and <br />Card Room of the Eno River Mill, 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC <br />(the "Property"); the Premises and the Property being more particularly described <br />in the Existing Lease. <br /> <br />B. Landlord and Tenant have agreed to Amend the Lease as of May 31,2021 pursuant to <br />the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> <br /> Agreement: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of these mutual and reciprocal promises, and for other <br />good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, <br />Landlord and Tenant agree to Amend the lease on the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Demised Premises. Section 1(c) is Amended to exclude Suite 29 from the Demised <br />Premises. Tenant shall relinquish possession of Suite 29 to Landlord on May 31the <br />effective date. and thereafter Tenant shall have no further rights with respect to the Suite <br />29, including without limitation any right of possession. <br /> <br />2.
