Revised May 2014 <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this the first day of July, 2021, by and between the County of Orange, <br />a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, (“County”), and Nantucket Grill, Inc. (“Provider”); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Services Agreement dated, July 1, 2021, to provide services to <br />be rendered by Provider to County’s Department on Aging (“Original Agreement”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement, while keeping in effect all terms and <br />conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties <br />agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> <br /> 13. The amount of this Agreement for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 shall not exceed $250,000 with <br />each meal at $7.40. The fiscal arrangements for this Agreement is based upon the following number of approximate <br />congregate meals for the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />38. Signatures. This Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be executed electronically. <br />All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the intent of the Parties to comply with Article 11A and Article 40 <br />of North Carolina General Statute Chapter 66. <br /> <br />Except for the changes made to Section 13 and the addition of Section 38 herein, the Original Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
