<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Services to be provided are in accordance with Habitat’s Orange County Affordable Housing Bond <br />Program 2020 Funding Application and attachments. <br /> <br />Funds will be used to assist with infrastructure and site improvement costs at Weaver’s Grove, <br />Habitat’s mixed-income, mixed-use homeownership development in Chapel Hill in which Habitat <br />plans to construct 100 affordable units which will be sold to households earning between thirty <br />percent (30%) and eighty percent (80%) of the HUD area median income. <br /> <br />All improvements and/or construction will be completed in compliance with applicable state and <br />local building codes, regulations, and ordinances. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 32CE5800-8AE6-4AEC-B93D-DCC116731946
