Contingency Plan: Prepare a contingency plan for emergencies including fire, accident, <br />power failure, negative pressure system failure, supplied air system failure (if applicable), <br />evacuation of injured persons for both life threatening and non-life threatening, or any <br />other event that may require modification or abridgment of decontamination or work <br />area isolation procedures. Include in plan specific procedures for decontamination or work <br />area isolation. Note that nothing in this specification should impede safe exiting or <br />providing of adequate medical attention in the event of an emergency. Keep these plans <br />in the on-site office. <br /> <br />B. Post outside/in clean room of Personnel Decontamination Unit: <br /> <br /> 1. Telephone numbers and locations of emergency services including but not limited <br />to, fire, ambulance, doctor, hospital, police, Power Company, Telephone <br />Company and the North Carolina HHCU. <br /> <br /> 2. A copy of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any chemicals used during the asbestos <br />project. <br /> <br /> 3.
