It is the intent that the five projects will be run simultaneously. At this time, priority is not set and will <br />depend on the most efficient execution. Basis of Design: TRACO TR-9100 or comparable product by one of the following:” <br />b. REVISE paragraph 2.2 C to read as follows: <br />“C. Insulating-Glass Units: ASTM E2190. Refer to Section 08 80 00 – Glazing – 1 inch <br />insulated unit with Between the Glass Muntins” <br />c. REVISE paragraph 2.3 a to read as follows: <br />“A. Head and Jamb Receptors (Subframes) with thermally broken subsills and end dams. <br />Include manufacturer extended aluminum sill covers to cap exterior brick” <br />3. Clarification - Division 12 - Refer to Whitted Window Replacement drawings for extent of the <br />blinds. All new windows are to receive louver blinds(12 21 13) in the base bid. All new windows will <br />receive roller shades (12 24 13) per Alternate E-1. Refer to 01 23 00. <br />4. Clarification – Section 00 72 00 – <br />a. 13.1.1 - The Contract time shall commence on a date to be specified in a written Notice to <br />Proceed from the Architect. Substantial Completion shall be 180 calendar days from <br />Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall occur on or before Thirty (30) calendar days <br />from Substantial Completion. <br />b. 13.18.1 - The Contractor and the Contractor's surety’s shall be liable for and shall pay the <br />Owner the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), herein stipulated as liquidated <br />damages, for each calendar day of delay until the Work is <br />substantially complete. <br /> <br />Drawings <br />1. Electrical Drawings – General Revision for all renovation sites - Scope of Data Work will now <br />include only junction boxes and conduit/bushing/pull string for receptacles in newly constructed <br />walls as described in the documents. Scope of Data Work will no longer include wiring, devices, <br />or cover plates. Demolition of existing data and surface-mounted data raceway shall be the <br />responsibility of the owner’s third party professional as well as new data devices, plates, surface- <br />mounted data raceway and cable. The General Contractor is responsible for coordinating schedule <br />with the owner’s data contractor. <br />2.
