All General, <br />Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these <br />items. <br /> <br />General <br />1. A mandatory PreBid meeting was held on Tuesday, January 12th at 10am. As the meeting was <br />mandatory, the bidder list is now closed to those in attendance. An agenda from the meeting and <br />attendance list is posted in the following location: https://smithsinnett.com/bid/orange-county-nc- <br />facility-renovations/ . An updated bidder list has also been posted. <br />2. The last day for questions and Requests for Product Substitutions is Thursday January 21st. <br />3. HVAC and Fire Alarm Monitoring for each facility is as follows: <br />• Justice Facility- <br /> HVAC- Siemens controls <br /> Fire - Blue ridge monitoring <br />• Court Street Annex- <br /> HVAC- Siemens controls <br /> Fire- N/A.
