1 WLS HIGH POWER RCVR FOR XR100&XR500 SERIES <br />PANELS <br />Summary of Charges <br />Equipment & Installation Total $5,439.76 <br />Estimated Taxes $0.00 <br />Monthly Fee $0.00 <br />Scope Of Work <br />ADT Commercial to take over the existing security system of Whitted building in Hillsboro, NC. <br />ADT Commercial to: <br />•Replace the control panel in the IT closet of the second floor with a new DMP XR150 <br />•new panel to communicate via IP <br />•new panel to allow for up to 10,000 codes <br />•new panel to allow for partitioning of building between all sections <br />•new panel to allow for remote access through virtual keypad <br />•Second Floor wireless devices to be replaced with new DMP wireless devices <br />•wireless devices to communicate through high gain receiver <br />•wireless panic on first floor to to be replaced with DMP panic <br />•Vista panel in IT closet of first floor of building A to be used as a power supply for devices on that floor <br />•hardwired devices on first floor control panel (bldg A) to be moved over to zone expander <br />•hardwired devices in dentist office (bldg B) to be moved over to zone expander <br />•two wireless panics in that suite to be replaced with new wireless panic buttons <br />•System to be partitioned between building A and building B so as to allow for independent arming/disarming and <br />scheduling. <br />•ADT Commercial will replace the three main keypads at the front entrances of the facilities <br />•Move second floor keypad around the corner to the wall adjacent to the front door. <br />Virtual Keypad will allow for remote arming/disarming, add/delete users and use of arming/disarming schedules. <br />Technicians to use existing Vista 128 panels as power supplies when needed. <br />ADT Commercial's technicians will ensure Virtual Keypad is installed on all needed devices and Orange County employees are <br />properly trained on proper usage thereof. <br /> <br />Extended Service Plan to be included in monitoring agreement. <br />Inclusions/Exclusions <br />Existing wiring not eligible for coverage under extended service plan. <br />CUSTOMER will be responsible for providing any 110VAC required for the proper operation of the security equipment. <br />CUSTOMER will be responsible for providing IT support for Firewall and Port opening on their network when using an IP device. <br />Unless specifically identified in the scope of work, the estimated cost for the electrical permit or lift rental is not included in the <br />final prices. These costs will be billed to the CUSTOMER separately. <br />CUSTOMER will be responsible for providing updated drawings of the facilities. If the new drawings reflect changes not identified <br />in the original proposal additional charges will be incurred by the CUSTOMER. <br />CUSTOMER will be responsible for City, County and State alarm permit fees. <br />ADT will perform the installation, conduct tests and inspections during normal business hours and days: 8AM to 5 PM Mon- Fri. <br />using standard labor rates excluding Union and prevailing wage rates. <br />Equipment changes or location changes due to CUSTOMER request, or if necessary for the system to operate properly, will be <br />considered a change order from the original scope of work and billed accordingly at the labor and material rates already in effect <br />on this contract. <br />Connection To Existing Equipment: It is mutually understood and agreed that ADT assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the <br />maintenance, operation, non-operation, actuation, non-actuation or needless or erroneous actuation of the existing equipment; <br />that service may be terminated by ADT in the event the existing equipment is not in good working operating condition and ADT <br />shall not be liable for any damage of subject to any penalty as a result of such termination.
