She said CHT is not really an outside agency, as it was created by the <br /> government, to serve the government, but it shows up here. She said Rebuilding Together did <br /> not apply last year, but has applied in the past. She said this agency works with several other <br /> home repair agencies, and the application process for repairs has been consolidated in order to <br /> make things run more smoothly. She said the Community Empowerment Fund is another <br /> duplication of services, and the Housing Director at the time made the recommendation for this <br /> agency.
