The Planning Board finds the requirements of <br /> 853 Section 2.8 of the UDO have been deemed complete and Pursuant to Sections 1.1.5 and 1.1.7 of the UDO and to Section <br /> 854 153A-341 of the North Carolina General Statutes,the Board finds sufficient documentation within the record denoting that <br /> 855 the amendment is consistent with the adopted 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The amendment is reasonable and in the public <br /> 856 interest because it expands economic development prospects within the County,while continuing to provide adjacent and <br /> 857 nearby land uses,consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as well as adopted Small Area Plans for the area.
