Fee Schedule/Budget:$4,900.00. The price quoted is valid up to,and including,the null and void date in <br /> item 4.If work does not commence(for any reason)within 60 Days of the signature date,the entire <br /> contract becomes null and void and must be re-quoted and rescheduled.This price is only for services,and <br /> does not include any Software products of Starpoint Systems,LLC or DSPS. Other Matters:Custom Code Software License provided under this agreement("SOFTWARE <br /> PRODUCT")is licensed only for a single company,enterprise,proprietorship or individual and database as <br /> defined I Section 2 of this contract.
