DocuSign Envelope ID:6131 BDDF 001 B-4910 BF42-4DCC77925590 <br /> rr <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 1 —Design Development/Site Plans: <br /> SUMMIT will prepare a Site/Utility Plan drawing specifically for the installation of a new <br /> grease trap interceptor for the Food Trucks that use the PFAP facility. Following a site <br /> inspection and meeting with Eric Hallman, our preliminary design concept is to install the <br /> new grease trap as shown on the project location map above.This is an approximate location <br /> and a final determination of the location will be confirmed during the design process. Based <br /> upon the location of the existing public sewer main, we are also proposing to install a new <br /> 4-inch sewer service to connect the grease trap to the sewer main.The existing sewer service <br /> line from the building is on the back side of the building and this location will not provide <br /> access for the Food Trucks. The Site/Utility Plan will also include the plan information to <br /> expand or replace the existing grease interceptor for the building that is located on the back <br /> of the building near the HVAC units and equipment. This includes completing the Town's <br /> grease interceptor sizing worksheet. We will also work with Eric Hallman at the facility to <br /> prepare a layout of all associated fixtures including cut sheets. Following preparation of the <br /> design drawings, we will submit to the Town of Hillsborough for review and approval of a <br /> Zoning Compliance Permit. <br /> For the Site/Utility Plan Design the following deliverables are included with this scope: <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Detailed Cover Sheet <br /> a. Required notes and calculations per the Town of Hillsborough <br /> b. Site Data Tables <br /> c. Committed elements per the Development Plan <br /> 2. Existing Conditions and Demolition Plan Sheet <br /> a. Existing site data table <br /> b. Required notes, calculations and labels per the Review Checklist <br /> c. Existing site conditions/items to be demolished. <br /> 3. Site/Utility Plan <br /> a. Required notes and labels per the Review Checklist <br /> b. Utility information specifically related to the design and <br /> installation/replacement of the new grease interceptors. <br /> 4. Site/Utility Details <br /> a. Site and utility details as related specifically to the proposed work for the <br /> project. <br /> All drawings will be provided in AutoCAD format. SUMMIT will coordinate with the Town of <br /> Hillsborough Planning and the Town of Hillsborough Utilities Division as needed for plan <br /> reviews. <br />
