Upon receipt of the review letter/comments, <br /> SUMMIT will prepare revised plans and comment responses and submit back to the Town of <br /> Hillsborough for action/approval. For this TASK, SUMMIT will respond to two (2) review cycles. <br /> Any additional meetings or revisions required for subsequent review cycles will be done on a time- <br /> and-material basis according to the attached Schedule of Standard Rates. <br /> Task 3—Permitting: <br /> We anticipate that the following permits will be required as part of the Site Plan and Construction <br /> Drawings approval process and will be needed for construction of the project. SUMMIT will <br /> prepare and submit the applications to be reviewed by each authority.The scope of work for this <br /> task also includes plan/application revisions as may be requested from each authority for minor <br /> changes to the plans and documents. Any major changes or requests will be done on a time-and- <br /> material basis according to the attached Schedule of Standard Rates. <br /> • Town of Hillsborough Site Plan & Zoning Permits <br /> o SUMMIT will provide the required information for the Site/Zoning Permit <br /> application as required by the Town of Hillsborough. <br /> These are the only Site Design permits anticipated at this time. If during the review process it is <br /> determined that other permits will be required, we will provide those services according to our <br /> Schedule of Standard Rates or per an approved Change Order. <br /> Task 4—Construction Administration: <br /> Construction Administration services during the construction phase of the project including <br /> intermittent site inspections (up to 4 inspections total), answer miscellaneous questions from the <br /> contractor, review materials submittals from the contractor, coordinate as needed with the Town <br /> of Hillsborough and answer questions from the owner/client. This task will be done on a time- <br /> and-material, not to exceed, basis according to the attached Schedule of Standard Rates. Any <br /> additional work will be approved via Change Order. <br />
