How will the <br />project/program be <br />publicized and <br />promoted to reach <br />intended <br />participants? <br />Marketing channels will include the Museum's website, Facebook, <br />Instagram accounts with some "boosting" on social media; news <br />releases to all area media sources; direct mail through IContact; <br />W HUP; emails through our collaborations with the Alliance for <br />Historic Hillsborough, Burwell School, and other historic v enues. <br />Specific outreach will be done through the school system, the tribal <br />council, Visit Hillsborough, and other v enues. Posters will be <br />displayed prominently throughout the county along with rack cards at <br />v arious sites. <br />How will you <br />evaluate the success <br />of the program? <br />The social media analytics will prov ide specific outputs; giv en that <br />the lectures will be recorded and av ailable online, we can track the <br />number of v iews and length of each engagement. W e will also seek <br />specific feedback from the tribe and each of the speakers to <br />understand any responses they receiv e. Generally, we hope that the <br />lectures will lead to increased interest in the exhibit; if the Museum is <br />open, we will record the number of v isitors and how they found the <br />exhibit. <br />PROJECT/PROGRAM <br />BUDGET <br />Please fill out the charts below with your project's expenses and <br />income.
