Since our founding in 1958, <br />the Ackland has been one of North Carolina’s most important cultural <br />resources, serv ing roughly 55,000 v isitors annually. Our location and <br />programs bridge campus and community, and we are always free, <br />open, and accessible to all. W e prov ide experiences that spark <br />insight into ourselv es, each other, and the world.
