As such, it shall be part of, and include in, the contract, and modifies the original <br />bidding documents. The following questions were asked at the pre-bid meeting. A list of attendees <br />for the meeting is attached. <br /> <br /> <br />Item #1 – Lateral layout changes <br /> <br />As discussed in the field, there was a light pole at the end of the parking lot. The C-1 drawing has <br />been revised as per the attached. Note, there are two trees that will need to be removed for the <br />construction of the lateral. Minor limbing of existing trees to a height of 14’ will be allowed to <br />facilitate equipment from impacting tree limbs. <br /> <br />Item #2 – Hours of work <br /> <br />The busses that operate at the facility end at 5 pm. When cutting across the pavement at the main <br />driveway, one way traffic will be required to be maintained at all times. It will be up to the <br />contractor to coordinate with the County as to schedule the crossing. <br /> <br />Item #3 – Lay down area <br /> <br />A lay down area will be provided on site, coordination with the County will be required to <br />determine the exact location. <br /> <br />Item #4 – Budget Number <br /> <br />The estimated cost for this project is $35,000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 75A81F4F-8510-4BAA-A8B6-453D37D0360C
