How will you <br />evaluate whether or <br />not your goals have <br />been met? <br />W e are constantly ev aluating whether our goals are being met <br />through monthly membership and board meetings. W e ev aluate our <br />success as a fine arts gallery not only by sales but also by sustained <br />interest from non-member local professional artists in showing in the <br />space and by the continuing support of our art collectiv e's <br />membership. In addition, our Gallery curator with membership <br />support plans and monitors all the exhibitions and the quality of work <br />being shown at the Gallery. All members hav e to be juried in <br />(including the emerging artist candidate) by a committee of members. <br />W e ev aluate our ability to enrich the community through exhibitions, <br />ev ents and arts education by attendance and by the public's <br />engagement with the gallery's art work and donations to its non-profit <br />activ ities. In the case of the Karen Youth Art Group, we ev aluate our <br />art enrichment programs and the dev elopment of our youth groups' <br />progress by our students' ability to engage in further studies and <br />enter higher education.Giv en our loss of the FRANK Community <br />Gallery we are still attempting to make the shift from face to face art <br />education by our artists to online offerings through posting v ideos <br />on our website and through social media channels. This will take <br />some time giv en our current need to concentrate on putting the <br />Gallery's fine arts offerings and artist presentations online. Our <br />ultimate goal is to stay in business and that goal can only be <br />ev aluated by our ability to remain sustainable. The gallery is staying <br />ahead of changes by getting behind v irtual means to keep our new <br />and existing clientele engaged.
