Install blocking and two, thirty-six inch handicap grab bars. Install one <br />vertically at the head of the tub and one aforty-five degree angle on the <br />long wall of the tub. <br />15. Install tub enclosure with corner shelves. <br />Right/Front Bedroom: <br />1. Install a vinyl replacement window and trim. Window to have one <br />openable sash, locks and screen. <br />2. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex paint. Cover all stains. Paint to <br />cover completely. <br />3. Paint the trim and doors with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. <br />
