Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />Install one coat of latex, satin gloss polyurethane on the trim and paneling. <br />Install two coats of latex, satin gloss polyurethane on the floor. <br />3. Install a vinyl over wood storm door with pneumatic closure and vinyl <br />sweep. Door to have a lifetime warranty. <br />4. Install lockset and deadbolt to be keyed the same on the front door. <br />
