Contractor’s responsibilities <br /> <br />P. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />This facility will be occupied during construction. <br />All power outages are required to be approved. See attached “Request for Shutdown” form that must be <br />submitted in advanced for approval. <br />Contractor must be trained by FM Global in order to perform Hot Work. All Hot Work requires a permit <br />from Orange County for each day hot work is being performed. All permits have a minimum of a four (4) <br />hour fire watch. <br /> <br />Q. STAGING, ACCESS, PARKING, USE OF FACILITIES <br />Contractors shall provide facilities for employees. <br />Contractors shall provide work schedule. <br />Contractors shall provide drawing requesting staging and parking areas <br /> <br /> <br />R. CLEAN UP, PROTECTION OF THE PREMISES, & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS <br />1. Temporary Protection, Barricades, Gates, Staging areas <br />2. Ingress / Egress to site and building <br />3. Air Quality (Control of Odors, Fumes, Noise, Dust, etc.) <br />4. Crane and major deliveries <br />5. Site cleaning <br /> <br />S. INSURANCE <br />1. Contractors are to provide and maintain Liability and Builders Risk coverage. Use of drones on <br />site requires aviation liability insurance coverage and FCC operator’s license. <br /> <br /> <br />T. CONTRACTS AND ADDITIONAL FORMS <br /> <br />1.
