Artist Experience Since 2007 I hav e had 13 different sladesign Fashion Shows, always <br />FREE and open to the public. Last year was the first time I looked for <br />funding to help me with the expenses of what these shows take to <br />pull off. I was granted funds from this same program to purchase the <br />materials to sew the new sladesign collection: silks, cottons, Ron <br />Liberti silkscreens and v intage materials I incorporated in my <br />designs. Before that, all expenses came out of my pocket. Sev eral <br />times I hav e gotten sponsorships for the v enues or drinks & hors <br />d’oeuv res. Absolut Vodka, 3 CUPS, Golden Belt Arts and it's Cotton <br />Room, Southern Rail's Station and Beer Garden.. . .other v enues <br />hav e been the Cat's Cradle, El Pobre Diablo and xerrajeros galeria <br />studio shop in Quito, Ecuador, The Carrack Modern Art, Smelt Art <br />Gallery, Salon 2 Elev en and Casa Grande / Carrboro Greenspace on <br />116 Old Pittsboro Road. Attendance has ranged from 250 people at <br />the larger v enues to 45 people.. .. they were all successful ev ents <br />and I hav e most of the documented by my husband and partner, <br />Christian Molina. I hav e collaborated with musicians in many of these <br />ev ents like: Mark W ells, Peter Lamb, Clark Blomquist, Spencer Pope <br />(DJ), Ron LIberti (DJ), Nate Dog (DJ). <br />PROJECT/PROGRAM <br />BUDGET <br />Please fill out the charts below with your project's expenses and <br />income.
