Household Income: <br />a. Family #1: Family of five Annual Income: $23,000 <br />b. Family #2: Family of four Annual Income: $14,560 <br />c. Family #3: Family of four Annual Income: $28,608 <br />d. Family #4: Family of three Annual Income: $26,000 <br />All incomes are less than 50% of the area HUD published median income. <br />2. Purchase Price: <br />$67,500 <br />3. Certification of 99 year Affordability: <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. certifies in writing that the four <br />homes will remain affordable to families earning less than 80% of the area median <br />income for at least ninety-nine (99) years. <br />4. Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes. The fee was paid at the time the <br />building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time that the <br />Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity. The document is <br />normally signed at the time the property is transferred to the eligible homebuyer. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The balance in the County Housing Trust Fund is approximately <br />$60,536. Expenditure of $12,000 for these reimbursements will leave a balance of $48,536. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends approval of the impact fee <br />reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. for $12,000 for <br />four new homes. <br />
