To <br /> accommodate the Proposal Questions process, providers shall submit any such <br /> questions by the above due date. <br /> Written questions shall be emailed to mama ro(a-)orangecountync.gov by the date and time <br /> specified above. Providers should enter "RFQ #:5283 Questions" as the subject for the <br /> email. Questions submittals should include a reference to the applicable RFQ section. <br /> Answers to these questions and any additional terms deemed necessary by Orange <br /> County will be posted in the form of an addendum to the Orange County Website. <br /> 5.3 Proposal Submittal <br /> IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an absolute reauirement. Provider shall bear the risk for <br /> late submission due to unintended or unanticipated delay—delivered by hand, U.S.- <br /> Postal Service, courier or other delivery service. It is the Provider's sole responsibility <br /> to ensure its proposal has been submitted to this Office by the specified time and date <br /> of opening. The time and date of submission will be marked on each proposal when <br /> received.
