<br /> • Any items not mentioned above
<br /> Sasser Companies may, from time to time, be requested by a Client to provide work,
<br /> materials,service or labor to install airfiltration equipment, pre-clean,clean,or otherwise
<br /> proceed with disinfection procedures to reduce potential airborne and surface sources
<br /> for infectious viruses or disease. The Client understands that Sasser Companies is not a
<br /> medical provider, medical professional, or manufacturer of disinfectants. Sasser
<br /> Companies cannot guarantee results of air filtration or disinfection procedures. Sasser
<br /> Companies cannot be present at all times to address when a viruses, disease or contagion
<br /> maybe be newly added to the subject location by the public, including, but not limited to,
<br /> visitors, guests, attendees, students, employees, and/or agents, after Sasser Companies
<br /> has performed air filtration and or disinfection procedures. Accordingly, by accepting this
<br /> proposal Orange County agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sasser
<br /> Companies from claims or demands by Orange County, and the public, including, but not
<br /> limited to, visitors, guests, attendees, students, employees, and/or agents as a result of
<br /> Sasser Companies'work, materials,service or labor to install air filtration equipment, pre-
<br /> clean, clean, or otherwise proceed with air filtration and or disinfection procedures at the
<br /> request of Orange County. Orange County also agrees, in any event, that Sasser
<br /> Companies' total liability for work, materials, service or labor to install air filtration
<br /> equipment, pre-clean, clean, or otherwise proceed with air filtration and or disinfection
<br /> procedures at the request of the Orange County is limited to the total price such air
<br /> filtration, cleaning and/or disinfection procedures.
<br /> This proposal is valid for acceptance for a period of thirty (30) days, after thirty (30) days
<br /> Sasser Companies, Inc. reserves the right to reevaluate the proposal to reflect current
<br /> market conditions.
