43 <br /> SECTION 7 ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> 7.01 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS(OCT 2016) <br /> The Lessor agrees to the requirements of Federal Security Level X attached to this Lease. <br /> 7.02 AGENCY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br /> The Lessor agrees to provide the Agency Specific Requirements attached to this Lease. <br /> 7.03 HOLDOVER <br /> In the event of a holdover past the term of the lease,the tenancy shall continue on a month-to-month basis at the same rental rate in effect at the time <br /> of the lease's expiration, and all terms and conditions of the lease shall continue in full force and effect.
