2 <br /> 1 Public Charge: The Board of Commissioners pledges its respect to all present. The Board asks <br /> 2 those attending this meeting to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner toward <br /> 3 each other, county staff and the commissioners. She presented a summary of the <br /> 21 recommended budget. She said the FY22 budget is during a period of cautious optimism. She <br /> 22 said a more detailed review of the recommendations will be provided at upcoming work <br /> 23 sessions. She said Commissioners can make amendments to the budget before adopting in <br /> 24 June. She said the use of one- <br /> 32 time emergency measures is not sustainable in the long-term, and some use one-time revenue <br />
