The Five-Year Capital <br /> Investment Plan is a long-range planning tool with a financial impact in FY2021-22. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There are no Orange County Social Justice Goal impacts <br /> associated with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board accept the FY2021-26 <br /> Orange County Five-Year Capital Investment Plan, and approve funding for FY2021-22, as stated <br /> in Attachment 2, Year 1 (FY2021-22) in the Capital Investment Plan; and adopt the FY2021-22 <br /> County Capital projects as stated in Attachment 3; the FY2021-22 Proprietary Capital projects as <br /> stated in Attachment 4; and the FY2021-22 School Capital projects as stated in Attachment 5. <br />
