120 <br /> Main Entrance must be accessible to USDA visitors during business <br /> Visitor Access Control hours. After hours, the visitor entrance shall be secured, to include <br /> perimeter facility entrances not controlled by USDA-FPAC. <br /> Burglary Resistance Lessor will ensure that all operable basement and ground floor windows <br /> have appropriate locking mechanisms to ensure windows can be secured <br /> of Windows at all times. It is preferred that windows are non-operable. <br /> Window Air- If window A/C units are installed, they must be secured with a lockable <br /> Conditioning A/C cage or window bars in a way that prevents the window unit from being <br /> Units pushed in or removed. <br /> Security of Critical Lessor shall ensure critical areas are identified for interior USDA-FPAC <br /> space, and that these critical areas are properly secured with appropriate <br /> Areas walls, doors, and door locks. <br /> Secure all facility utility, mechanical, electrical, fire/sprinkler, and telecom <br /> Security of Building rooms at all times to include access to the roof. This includes any room or <br /> Systems and Roof space that has critical utility access that supports USDA space, even if it <br /> provides utilities for commercial entities and tenants. Doors and door <br /> Access locks to these areas must meet the same standards as the Security <br /> Criteria for"Perimeter Doors & Door Locks". <br /> Protection of Exterior Exposed gas mains near a facility or in a parking lot must have bollards <br /> Gas Mains Adjacent (typically yellow safety bollards) around it to protect it from a vehicle strike. <br /> facility. <br /> Security of Exterior Exterior electrical panels on the outside of the building shall be secured <br /> Electrical Panels and via a locking device, unless not permitted by local code. <br /> Switches. <br /> Protection of Air Lessor must provide emergency shutdown and evacuation procedures <br /> Intakes and HVAC and secure accessible air intake grilles from tampering or removal. <br /> Control <br /> Lessor must develop written procedures for the emergency shut-down or <br /> exhaust of air handling systems.
