She said the County depends on nonprofit agencies to support the <br /> 6 County's work. She said these were all base budget, and there was no increase. <br /> 16 Bonnie Hammersley said in terms of ranking agencies, she worked more closely with the <br /> 17 outside agencies through this process. She said, through coordination with departments, the <br /> 18 total number of outside agencies submitting for funding is down from 65 to 55.
