TRAINING/ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY FRAMEWORK <br /> Purpose: The training committee will develop a plan to provide training to policymakers, managers, staff, <br /> boards and commission members, community partners, and the general public to build capacity to <br /> advance racial equity and to embed racial equity into countywide systems. <br /> 1. Each organization should identify the following prior to providing racial equity training: <br /> a. Organization's racial equity vision—this will allow the organization to determine how the <br /> training can align with and make progress toward the overall equity vision. <br /> b. Purpose of the training <br /> c. Training goals <br /> d. Assessment of what has already been done,such as policy revisions and previous trainings <br /> including the content, focus, and perspectives of previous trainings. <br /> e.
