(hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated J u 1 y 1 , <br /> 2018 with respect to the Custodial Services at Orange <br /> County Solid Waste Facilities (hereinafter the <br /> "Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to extend the Agreement while keeping in <br /> effect all terms and conditions of the Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and <br /> conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements <br /> made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to amend the Original <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The Term ofthe Agreement is hereby extended through June 30,2021. <br /> 2. Compensation for basic services for the term shall not exceed Twenty-Two Thousand <br /> Five Hundred Forty Eight Dollars ($22,548.00). <br /> 3.
