Drawings are to be in AutoCAD format and presented to the <br />client in PDF form. In addition, DAA will generate a memorandum for file detailing the results of the <br />airspace and compaction analysis. <br />EXCLUSIONS: Deliverables do not include digital source files used in preparing the deliverables <br />described above (for example, MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad files). <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The proposed services will be provided in accordance with the conditions <br />presented herein and an existing agreement between Draper Aden Associates and Orange County Solid <br />Waste Management. <br /> <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br />C.
