<br /> income levels where all residents can thrive.The Office crafts and implements affordable housing policy and works with many community partners, ,
<br /> including affordable housing developers and advocates and services providers,to create and preserve affordable housing.
<br /> The Public Housing Department is a part of the Office and manages 336 public housing apartness in 13 neighborhoods throughout Chapel Hill and
<br /> Carrboro,with some units dedicated for elderly and disabled residents.Public Housing residents must earn below 80%of the area median income.
