While there will be a <br /> +-20 minute staff presentation, there will be no conversation per say between staff and the public so <br /> we are able to hear as many people within the 2-hr meeting as possible. There will be a 3-minute <br /> limit. The Commissioners have been taking public comment during its meetings but this is not one <br /> and staff will provide public comments to the BOCC at its June 1 meeting.
