She said studies indicate at least 1 in 5 teens <br /> 7 between ages 12-18 suffer from at least one diagnosable mental health disorder, pre-pandemic. <br /> 8 She said over the past year, student support services teams have provided 131,400 personal <br /> 9 contacts with students and families, and secondary students universally noted the need for <br /> 10 support in this area. She said there are several data points that support this expansion, which <br /> 11 truly supports a whole child approach to a high quality learning experience for students.
