<br />The Board will consider an informational presentation on the "Triangle, A Family of Communities" <br />Campaign and receive an "Orange County" Triangle Family of Communities flag. <br />b. Orange County Housing Bond Program <br />The Board will receive a bi-annual report on the 1997 Housing Bond Program. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />S. ITENTS FOR DECISION--CONSENT AGENDA (8:30-8:40) <br />a. 1Vlviutes <br />The Board will consider correcting and/or approving the minutes for the following minutes: August 19, <br />2003 regular meeting and October 16, 2003 Public Hearing on the Potential Impacts of a Possible School <br />Merger <br />b. Appointments -None <br />c. Budget Amendment #5 <br />The Board «~ill consider approval of budget ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2003-04. <br />d. Lease Extension: 110 S. Churton Street <br />The Board will consider extending the lease at 110 S. Churton Street, Hillsborough through June 30, 2004 at <br />a lease rate of $5,566 per month, which represents a &% increase in the current lease amount; and endorse <br />the relocation of the Family Counseling Division of POC Mental Health to the Whiffed Building (in <br />conjunction with the Adult Day Treatment Program); and the relocation of the Human Rights and Relations <br />Department to 501 W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />e. Impact Fee Reimbursement <br />The Board will consider approving an impact fee reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of <br />Orange County, NC, for $12,000 for four ner~~ homes. <br />f. Housvig Rehabilitation Contract Av~~ard <br />The Board will consider a«~arding one housing rehabilitation contract for the CDBG Housing Rehabilitation <br />Program. <br />g. Fees for Weight Management Programs <br />The Board will consider approving fees for two weight management programs conducted by the Health <br />Department and authorize the fees for each program at $10 per class or a total of $120 for the Healthy Way <br />Program for adults and $100 for the BodyV4~orls Program for adolescents. <br />h. Contract `~~ith Legacy Research Associates, Inc. for a Cultural and Archaeological Survey of the <br />Northern Human Ser~~ices Center Park Property <br />The Board will consider awarding a contract to Legacy Research Associates, Inc. for a survey of cultural and <br />archaeological resources on the 61-acre property acquired by Orange County for expanding the park <br />facilities at the Northern Human Services Center and authorize the Chair to sign, subject to final review by <br />staff and county attorney, for completion of a cultural and archaeological survey of the Northern Human <br />Seiā¢~~ices Center Park property. <br />i. FENI14 Designation of Applicant's Agent and Disaster Relief Agreement <br />The Board «Till consider adoption of resolution and approval of an agreement required by the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency {FENIA) and the State for the processing of reimbursements to the County <br />for expenses associated with Hurtcane Isabel and designate the Finance Director as the County's Agent, and <br />authorize the Chair and the Clerk to execute the documents. <br />j. Approval of Subordination Agreement Related to Hurricane Floyd Mitigation Program <br />The Board will consider approving an agreement related to a refinancing of property acquired by <br />homeowners who participated in the federal Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HNiGP) following damage to <br />their property during Hurricane Floyd in 1999 and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
