Close out procedures. <br /> C. Final Cleaning. <br /> D. Adjusting. <br /> 1.2 CONSTRUCTION & COMMISSIONING SEQUENCE <br /> 1. Obtain plan approval and other applicable permits. <br /> 2. Schedule preconstruction meeting with Owner, Engineer, and necessary <br /> personnel. <br /> 3. Install erosion and sediment control as necessary to adequately contain <br /> soils, erosion, and sediment within the project area. <br /> 4. Protect drainage system area. <br /> 5. Remove topsoil from area of construction and stockpile in the designated <br /> area. <br /> 6. Install drainage system and pressure manifold. <br /> 7. Install 2" Schedule 40 PVC forcemain. <br /> 8. Install grinder and forcemain pump within existing concrete tank. Install <br /> pump control panel. <br /> 9. Core existing concrete tank. <br /> 10.Connect piping to grinder and pump. <br /> 11.Contact OWASA and Engineer for inspection. Inspection and acceptance <br /> of the work shall be completed by both the Engineer and an OWASA <br /> representative. <br /> 12.Backfill excavations in compliance with project specifications. <br /> 13.Replace stockpiled topsoil and seed disturbed areas. <br /> 14.Test pump control panel. <br /> 15.After the site is stabilized and when directed by the Engineer, remove all <br /> temporary erosion and sediment control measures and install permanent <br /> vegetation. <br /> 1.3 CLOSE OUT PRODEDURES <br /> A. Submit written certification that Contract Documents have been reviewed, <br /> Work has been inspected, and is complete in accordance with Contract <br /> Documents and ready for Engineer's inspection. <br /> B.
