16 <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> Addendum to Lease <br /> The parties hereby acknowledge that as of the date of execution of this <br /> document, the tenant has requested that the landlord abate asbestos contamination in <br /> areas as directed by the tenant. The landlord shall cause such work to be performed as <br /> directed by the tenant by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor, and said contractor <br /> shall be paid by the landlord at no expense to the tenant. Asbestos abatement <br /> contamination work shall be fully completed on or before 11-8-2019. The parties <br /> acknowledge that time is of the essence in the completion of the work mentioned in this <br /> addendum and in the event the work mentioned in this addendum is not completed on <br /> or before 11-8-2019_, the failure to complete such work on or before the date stated <br /> constitutes a material breach of this lease by the landlord. Should work not be <br /> completed on or before 11-8-2019, the landlord agrees and acknowledges the tenant <br /> reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this lease without incurring any further <br /> obligations to the landlord. <br /> Tenants Initials: <br /> Landlord's Initials: 6-J711 <br />
