The Manager further recommends the Board <br /> authorize the Address Administrator to submit the Resolution to the North Carolina Board of <br /> Transportation (NCBOT) for approval and, upon approval of NCBOT, take any action required by <br /> statute or ordinance to effectuate the approved name change. <br />
