Article 7: Subdivisions 288 <br /> Section 7.3: Phasing of Subdivisions <br /> (b) The use of the lot(s) is in conformity with applicable zoning requirements, <br /> and <br /> (c) A permanent means of ingress and egress is recorded for each lot. <br /> 7.2.3 Major Subdivisions <br /> (A) A major subdivision is any subdivision that is not an Exempt or Minor subdivision, as <br /> classified in subsections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2.
