Article 5: Uses 240 <br /> Section 5.21: Standards for Miscellaneous Uses <br /> STANDARDS • ' MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 5r5.21.1 Major Subdivision <br /> (A) Standards for Class a Special Use Per Conditional Districts <br /> (1) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required in Section 2.79, the following shall be <br /> submitted as part of the application: <br /> (a) NGtffreat <br /> Stamped envelopes addressed to each owner of properly within 500 foot <br /> of the property proposed for subdivision. The names anrly��_�d aaa�.cddressecsf <br /> property owners shall he based on the c Urrent listing as shown On the <br /> Orange County Land Records system 127 <br /> (b)(a) Development Schedule <br /> A statement, from the applicant, indicating the anticipated development <br /> schedule for the build out of the project. <br /> (O(b) Water and Wastewater <br /> (i) If the proposed lots are to be served by a public water sys <br /> proof of water supply and service availability in the form f a <br /> certified copy of a resolution to that effect enacted by e <br /> governing body of the water system providing the ter to serve <br /> the lots in the subdivision. <br /> (ii) he proposed lots are to be served by a p is sewer system <br /> pro of public sewer service availability i the form of a certified <br /> copy o resolution to that effect enac d by the governing body <br /> of the se r system providing the s er service to the lots in the <br /> subdivision. <br /> (iii) If the proposed to are to be erved by a community water <br /> and/or sewer syste , roe hat the system(s)will be operated <br /> either directly by or thr h contract with the water and/or sewer <br /> provider whose servi ar or interest area it is, as defined in <br /> the Water and Se r Manag ent Planning and Boundary <br /> Agreement and ap adopted D ember 3, 2001, and as may be <br /> amended fro time to time. <br /> (iv) If the pro sed lots are to be served by' dividual wells or <br /> comm ity wells, a professionally prepare roundwater yield <br /> ana sis relating the proposed wells to the U. .
