Article 5: Uses 228 <br /> Section 5.14: Standards For Manufacturing, Assembly, Processing,and Distribution Uses—Food <br /> (6) Food services are not allowed unless approved in the permit or conditions of <br /> approval, as applicable. <br /> (7) The permit or conditions of approval, as applicable, may limit the frequency of <br /> events. <br /> (8) Retail sales are intended to be comprised primarily of products produced on-site <br /> but may include complementary items. <br /> 5.14.3 Winery <br /> (A) Use Standards <br /> (1) Winery Production Only and Winery with Minor Events, as defined within this <br /> Ordinance, shall be permitted as more than one principal use if located on a <br /> bona fide farm. Refer to Section 6.2.5 of this Ordinance. <br /> (2) Winery with Major Events, as defined within this Ordinance, shall: <br /> (a) Only be permitted within the ASE-CZ-CD and MPD-SZ-CD Zoning <br /> Districts. <br /> (b) Shall not be permitted within the Rural Buffer land use classification, as <br /> designated by the adopted Comprehensive Plan, as part of a Conditional <br /> 'District application. .'�Z <br /> (3) Specific Standards for RB and AR Zoning Districts <br /> (a) Only Winery, Production Only shall be permitted for development. <br /> B) Submittal Requirements <br /> 1) Applications for a Winery, Production OX <br /> inery with Minor Events- nd <br /> Winery with Major Events as defined whis Ordinance shall in de a <br /> comprehensive groundwater study, for ies expected to use ore <br /> oundwater on an annual basis than arage single fami residence (which <br /> us 240 gallons of water per day) buile highest de y the existing zoning <br /> distric ould allow.
