For example, if e existing <br /> zo ing district allows a residential density of 1 unit for 2 acr and the proposed <br /> use i on a six acre parcel (which could yield 3 residence , the proposed use(s) <br /> may us three times the water used by an average sin family residence (or <br /> 720 galls per day, on an annualized basis) before comprehensive <br /> groundwate tudy is required. The water usage r s of any existing use subject <br /> to zoning regu tions located on the same lot sh I be taken into account when <br /> determining if a c prehensive groundwater udy is required.
