Article 5: Uses 224 <br /> Section 5.13: Standards for Agricultural Uses <br /> district allows a residential density of 1 unit for 2 acres and the propo d <br /> use is on a six acre parcel (which could yield 3 residences), the <br /> proposed use(s) may use three times the water used by an aver ge <br /> single family residence (or 720 gallons per day, on an annuali d basis) <br /> before a comprehensive groundwater study is required. Th ater usage <br /> rates of any existing use subject to zoning regulations to ted on the <br /> same lot shall be taken into account when determinin ' a <br /> omprehensive groundwater study is required. Said udy shall detail: <br /> (i) The amount of water anticipated to be u d on a daily, weekly, <br /> monthly, and annual basis by regulat uses located on the <br /> arcel (e.g., water usage by bona fi e farm uses is not required <br /> to e included); <br /> (ii) An a lysis of the amount of oundwater withdrawal considered <br /> to be sa and sustainable ' the immediate vicinity; and <br /> (iii) An analysis f whether her wells in the vicinity of the proposed <br /> use are expe d to affected by withdrawals made by the <br /> proposed use. <br /> (2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> (a) Minimum lot size: 5 cres for up o 10 horses, increasing by'/2 acre for <br /> each horse over <br /> (b) No part of an uilding, structure, exe ise yard, or riding arena, in which <br /> animals ar oused or exercised shall b closer than 150 feet from a <br /> property ne, except property occupied by e owner/operator of the <br /> facilit hese minimum distances shall not a ly if all portions of the <br /> faci' y, in which animals are housed, are wholl nclosed within a <br /> b ilding. <br /> (c) The site plan shows parking, access areas and scree 'ng devices for <br /> buildings, riding arenas, and boarding facilities. <br /> d) A sign clearly visible from the ground shall be posted at the ain <br /> entrance to the facility and shall contain the names, addresse and <br /> telephone numbers where persons responsible for the facility m be <br /> contacted at any hour of the day or night.
