Additional copies may be required depending on the ature and <br /> location of the proposed development);. <br /> (2) The completed site plan application form; <br /> 3) A copy of the Orange County tax map with the subject prop y identified; <br /> (4) Legal documentation, to be approved by the County Atto ey, establishing <br /> entities responsible for control over common areas an facilities. <br /> (5) ree copies of the Environmental Assessment an or Environmental Impact <br /> St ment, if required under Section 6.16 of this rdinance. <br /> (6) A stat ent regarding the method of disposa f trees, limbs, stumps and <br /> construc ' n debris associated with the per fitted activity. Open burning of trees, <br /> limbs, stum s, and/or construction debris ssociated with the permitted activity is <br /> expressly pro 'bited. <br /> (C) Other items which sh uld be submitted multaneously, but are not required as part <br /> of the site plan applicati n are: <br /> (1) Erosion control and gr ing pl s as necessary to be approved by the Erosion <br /> Control Officer for a grade ermit, and <br /> (2) Stormwater managemen la s as necessary to be approved by the Erosion <br /> Control Officer prior to a issu ce of a Zoning Compliance Permit, and <br /> (3) Building constructio plans to be a roved by the Building Official prior to <br /> issuance of a bui ing permit. <br /> 2.5.3 Plan Specifications <br /> Each site plan shall be dr n at a scale adequate to show req 'red detail and shall contain the <br /> following information: <br /> (A) The bo dary of the lot(s)to be developed labeled with earings and distances; <br /> (B) The ame, address, and phone number of the applicant an the property owner; <br /> (C) me of project, vicinity map, north arrow, scale, tax map refe nce number, date of <br /> Ian preparation, and subsequent revision dates; <br /> (D) Zoning of the property to be developed and all adjacent zoning and a isting adjacent <br /> land uses; <br /> E) Adjacent right-of-way widths with road names and numbers; <br /> (F) A development summary including total acres, proposed use(s), total building uare <br /> footage, required and proposed parking spaces. <br /> (G) Demonstrated compliance with all applicable performance standards contained in <br /> Articles 3, 4, 5, and 6 of this Ordinance; <br /> 30 Although not related to"160D" revisions,this use type was renamed in a 2019 amendment but was missed for <br /> revision in this section.
