CE will agree with client on minimum months expected, and if the client extends beyond those months and inventory becomes unavailable due to previous confirmed projects already on the schedule, additional pricing may apply to solve the inventory issues. The maximum amount payable under this rental agreement is$15,000.00. This amount may only be exceeded by a written amendment duly executed by authorized representatives of both parties. 2-Upon confirming the rental agreement, client agrees to pay a 50%deposit for the 1st month with the remaining balance due on NET 30 terms. The deposit is required prior to the delivery and installation of the product. 3-Any adjustments to the rental period or the delivery and pick up time range may result in additional costs. 4-Certain additional terms related to Covid 19 are listed below; ----CE Rental, Inc. is presenting this proposal for tenting applications and understands that risk of contamination of the rental product is very low. This proposal is for rental only. ----CE Rental, Inc. and the client agree that if at any time during the rental period, any of the rental items become contaminated, items may have to be destroyed/incinerated based on the recommendations of the CDC and FEMA. If this occurs, client agrees to pay additional replacement value of the items in addition to the full balance of this rental agreement. ----CE Rental, Inc. is not equipped to manage hazardous materials. In the event of contamination,the client agrees to provide, and is financially responsible for, any required Hazmat removal teams to manage the dismantling, removal, and destruction of any rental product in accordance with Government, CDC, and FEMA guidelines. 5-Once the initial delivery and installation is complete, CE Rental, Inc.will have fulfilled this agreement. Any additional service calls or trips to the site will be additional cost. In addition to terms above, CE and client have amended terms and conditions agreed to separate from standard agreement.
