The work shall more specifically include: <br /> A. Onsite Inspections: Weekly Fee Estimate = $1,800.00 <br /> 1. Observer will be on site to document work performed, weather conditions, equipment <br /> used on site, construction crew involved, and issues faced during construction. <br /> 2. Observation report will be generated from information witnessed in the field and <br /> submitted to the Client for review. <br /> 3. Weekly Fee is based upon 15 hours of anticipated, on site observations, travel time, <br /> report preparation, and coordination with contractor. <br /> B.
