Our project manager will remain in <br /> close contact with Orange County Government representatives to keep everyone apprised of the <br /> project status. <br /> Written status reports will be provided on a weekly basis to confirm project progress. If any potential <br /> issues surface that could jeopardize on-time completion, the project manager will make Orange County <br /> Government representatives aware immediately so that resolution can be quickly implemented. <br /> Certification and Testing <br /> We pride ourselves on the quality of our finished project, including certification and testing of all <br /> equipment installed by our highly qualified technical team. We thoroughly test each component of the <br /> system according to manufacturer and industry guidelines to ensure the system is fully functional and <br /> operating as expected. <br /> Additional Services <br /> In addition to hands-on installation services, a core group of personnel will support the project from <br /> NetPlanner Systems' project management office in Peachtree Corners to ensure a smooth execution: <br /> • Our senior project coordinator will process contract-related documents (including change <br /> orders), hold an internal project kickoff meeting with all team members, make updated project <br /> details accessible to all team members, and oversee invoicing to confirm compliance with <br /> Orange County Government's requirements. <br /> • NetPlanner's procurement and logistics departments will work hand-in-hand to ensure smooth <br /> material management from purchasing to staging to on-time delivery at each project site. <br /> • Our professional CAD experts are highly experienced in providing shop drawings, as-builts and <br /> other integrated equipment documentation provided and installed by NetPlanner Systems. <br /> • Our pre- and post-construction coordinators are dedicated to providing timely submittals upon <br /> project award and thorough closeout documents, which include test results, as-built drawings, <br /> warranties, and O&M manuals, upon project completion. <br /> • Our management team is committed to the success of the project, and while they will not be <br /> involved in the day-to-day activities, they will be provided with regular status updates and will <br /> be available to assist immediately should any escalation be required. <br /> The information in this document is proprietary&confidential. <br /> 16 <br />
