DocuSign Envelope ID:78B556CA-0O28-4315-8EF4-948059C176F0 <br /> NetPlanner Scope of Work and <br /> S Y S T E M S, 1 N c� Technical Team <br /> Yow-Pcrth way to C unnecti vitV <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Please find our pricing for the following: <br /> • OSP Fiber Optic Backbone Cabling <br /> Pricing is based on the following: <br /> • RFP 367-OC 5301 <br /> • Google Maps Images <br /> • Addendums 1, 2, 3,4 &5 <br /> Structured Cabling System <br /> Campus Wide Fiber Optic Backbone Cabling Scope Summary: <br /> ➢ Provide and install (1) 144-Strand Singlemode OSP fiber between hand/manholes at 131 W. <br /> Margaret Lane (West Campus) and 1200 US-70 West(Detention Center- North Campus). <br /> ➢ Spliced 24-strands into the 144-strand fiber(above)for connectivity to 131 W. <br /> Margaret Lane (West Campus). <br /> ➢ Spliced 24-strands into the 144-strand fiber(above)for connectivity to 1200 US-70 <br /> West(Detention Center- North Campus). <br /> ➢ Provide and install (2) 6-Strand Singlemode OSP fiber from hand/manhole at North/South <br /> Hassel St.to 300 W.Tryon St (Human Sciences Building). <br /> ➢ (1) 6-strand will be spliced into the 144-strand fiber(above)for connectivity to 131 W. <br /> Margaret Lane (West Campus). <br /> ➢ (1) 6-strand will be spliced into the 144-strand fiber(above) for connectivity to 1200 <br /> US-70 West(Detention Center- North Campus). <br /> ➢ Provide and install fiber splice enclosures and associated hardware at each of the (3) <br /> locations. <br /> ➢ All fiber will be terminated with LC connectors in new fiber enclosures at each location. <br /> ➢ Provide all testing, labeling, as-built, and support documentation as required per scope of <br /> work. <br /> ➢ Engineering and Design & Permitting is included. <br /> Original and Campus Wide Fiber Optic Backbone Cabling(North Campus)Scope Summary: <br /> ➢ Provide and install (1) 6-Strand Singlemode and (1) 6-strand multimode OSP fibers from MDF <br /> in 1200 US-70 West (Detention Center- North Campus)to: <br /> ➢ IDF in Parks Operations Base (POB) <br /> ➢ IDF in Environmental and Agricultural (EAC) <br /> ➢ All fiber will be terminated with LC connectors in new fiber enclosures at each location. <br /> The information in this document is proprietary&confidential. <br /> 10 <br />
